Karla King, PT, MPT, Cert. MDT



Karla is a native of Nicholas County, West Virginia. She earned her BA in Education from Fairmont State College in 1986. After teaching elementary Physical Education for 4 years, she enrolled at Shenandoah University where she earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1995. Karla also holds aninternational certification in mechanical diagnosis & therapy from the McKenzie Institute.

Karla founded KPT in March of 2005. She is very passionate about her promoting the profession of physical therapy and helping the greater community live pain free lives through PT.

In her free time, Karla enjoys spending time with her friends and family, rooting on the Mountaineers, reading, cooking and exercising.

Suzanne Gregory, PT, MPT



Suzanne is a native of Mississippi where she received a BS degree from Mississippi State University in 1992. She earned a Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 1995.

Suzanne’s physical therapy emphasis has been mainly with the pediatric population where she continues to provide care through the WV Birth to Three program. She joined KPT as CEO in 2009. Suzanne enjoys time spent with her family and friends, taking photographs and dog training

Jan CrossOffice Manager


Jan is a recent transplant to WV from North Attleboro, MA, where she was a retail district manager with stores in MA & RI. She is a graduate of Albright College in Reading, PA. Jan resides in Martinsburg with her husband & 2 dogs. Both of their sons are currently attending WVU.

Jan joined KPT in 2009 and serves as the office manager. Her friendly, bubbly personality makes everyone feel right at home here at KPT.

Gardening, shopping, spending time at community events & social gatherings occupy Jan’s free time.

Patrick ForeDirector of Marketing& Public Relations


Patrick is a native of Berkeley County, WV. He is currently obtaining his degree in Recreational & Leisure Studies with a concentration in Fitness & Exercise Science from Shepherd University. Patrick aspires to further his education by receiving his Doctorate in Physical Therapy & Athletic Training at Shenandoah University.

Patrick first came to KPT as a patient in 2009. Since joining the KPT team in 2009, he has fulfilled many roles. Currently he is the Director of Marketing& Public Relations for KPT. Patrick also works as a personal trainer.

Patrick enjoys anything fitness related, reading, drawing as well as painting, being outdoors, taking pictures with his 35mm camera and practicing a healthy lifestyle.

KosbiKPT K9 Kompanion


Kosbi

Kosbi is an adorable Boxador who serves as “KPT K9 Kompanion”. He was rescued from Morgan County Animal Control and is currently in training to become a service therapy dog.
